About Teresa-Nicole Bagwell
Teresa-Nicole Bagwell is a woman of faith, a devoted mother and grandmother, and a passionate advocate for personal growth and transformation. Originally from Spartanburg, South Carolina, her life has been shaped by both deep roots and wide experiences. As a former military wife, she lived across the United States and abroad, including in Germany, broadening her perspective and strengthening her resilience. She has called Clarksville, Tennessee home since 2013.

The proud mother of three adult children and a loving grandmother to one grandson, Teresa-Nicole’s heart for nurturing, guiding, and supporting others has been deeply influenced by her family roles.
​
Professionally, she has built her life around people. With nearly two decades as a property manager, she developed strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills while serving diverse communities and navigating the complexities of both business and relationships. Alongside her career, her natural ability to connect, encourage, and guide others became a clear calling.
​
Through her own journey of challenges, personal growth, and spiritual transformation, Teresa-Nicole discovered a God-given gift to listen deeply, empathize, and walk alongside others with compassion and truth. This calling led her to become a Board Certified Christian Counselor and Certified Christian Life Coach through the National Association of Christian Counselors, allowing her to help others embrace restoration and step confidently into their purpose.

Now, she brings this calling to life through Rise Soul Care and Life Coaching, dedicated to helping individuals find clarity, renewed purpose, and authentic transformation. Her approach blends professional experience with real-life insight, grounded in faith and authenticity, rooted in the belief that every life can be renewed.

Rise Soul Care is a safe and supportive space where individuals can experience restoration, growth, and confidence in the life they were created to live. Inspired by John 5:8—“Rise, take up your mat, and walk”—it reminds all that no matter how long someone has felt stuck, Jesus is still calling them to rise.
